3442 Labs provides , a software platform for aviation aftermarket operations. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information collected through our websites, the console, and related services (together, the “Services”).

We act as a data controller for account and website information, and as a data processor for the operational data your organization stores in its tenant. Where we process data on your behalf, our handling is governed by your organization’s agreement with us.

Information you provide

• Account details — name, work email, company, role and fleet/ops type submitted when you request access or create an account.
• Workspace content — work orders, inventory, quotes, certificates and related records your organization enters into .
• Communications — messages you send to support or sales.

Information collected automatically

• Usage & device data — log data, IP address, browser type, and interactions with the Services, used to operate and secure the platform.
• Cookies — see Section 12.

We use personal information to:

• provide, maintain and secure the Services and your workspace;
• process early-access requests and manage your account;
• respond to your inquiries and provide support;
• monitor performance, prevent abuse and protect the integrity of the platform;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your operational workspace content to train shared or third-party AI models.

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on the following bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Services), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Services), consent (where required, e.g. certain cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.

is built so that your operational data — your book, your trace, your certificates and your customers — remains sovereign to your tenant.

Your organization controls roles and permissions through granular role-based access control (RBAC), determining who — and which agents — may read, write and approve within your tenant.

includes built-in agents (“APEX Intelligence”) that act within your tenant — for example sourcing parts, drafting quotes, reading certificates and monitoring compliance. These agents:

• operate only within your tenant and under the permissions you grant them;
• take typed, logged actions through the same interfaces a human user would;
• prepare and propose work for human approval before anything consequential leaves your organization;
• do not expose your tenant data to other tenants or to external model providers for training.

Every agent action is recorded in the audit trail with the acting agent, timestamp and scope.

We share personal information only as follows:

• Service providers — vetted vendors (e.g. hosting, infrastructure) bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms, acting on our instructions;
• Legal & safety — where required by law, regulation, or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of the Services;
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Operational workspace data is retained according to your organization’s agreement and applicable aviation recordkeeping requirements. On request, and subject to legal obligations, we will delete or return personal data.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, audit logging, and ongoing monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information consistent with industry standards and the sensitivity of aviation operations data.

We may process information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) as required by applicable law.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, and to data portability. Where we process data on behalf of your organization, we will direct your request to that organization as appropriate.

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Services and, where permitted, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
